Hello! Welcome to another Weight Loss Wednesday.
This week I’ve been focusing more on what I do rather than what I eat, and it seems that I don’t do very much! Certainly not enough anyway. My Sling Swing course is finished and I haven’t rebooked as I’m waiting for a start date at my new job and I miss it! I posted yesterday about walking a little bit more now the weather is better, and as a family we have decided to try to go on a proper walk on Sundays. Last week was the first week and of course it rained heavily all day so we didn’t go. Next week though…!
If there’s one member of the family who is always ready for a walk, rain or shine, it’s this gorgeous girl…
Last week I was inspired by Laura Fat2Fit and her excellent record keeping. I never take body measurements but I really ought to. Laura has done amazingly well and is keeping on track like a boss!
Another post I loved this week was from Mia Larby. Her incredible willpower and determination meant her losing 35lbs and she looks amazing. (Though she did look lovely before anyway!)
