Meal Planning Monday: 09/06/14

I’m unusually organised this week and I really need to sort out my weight loss plan, so here’s our dinner menu for the next seven days in the hope that I will focus on this and not so much on the biscuit tin!

All meals are slimming world friendly and all but Friday will be served to the entire family.

Monday: Spanish Chicken  – Syn free
Tuesday: Teriyaki Salmon with Noodles – Syn  free
Thursday: Sausage & Mash – sausages 3 syns each, plus 1.5 for rest of dish.
Friday: Fish Fingers, Chips and Beans (for the boys) and Fish & Chips (for me) – 2.5 syns
Saturday: Steak, Jacket Potatoes, Mushrooms, Onions & Peppers – Syn free
Sunday: Goulash with Tagliatelle – Syn free
