La Tasca: Trafford Centre. A Review

Posted by

Last week I felt privileged to be invited to the relaunch of La Tasca at The Trafford Centre. I always say I don’t like the Trafford Centre and that it gives me a headache, but when I say that I’m referring to the shops. I find the inevitable crowds irritating and soon get fed up there.

Upstairs in the Orient, however, is a collection of restaurants offering the most mouth watering menus, and La Tasca is most deserving of it’s place amongst some of the best eateries.

We didn’t have an actual menu due to the nature of the event. Instead, waiting staff wandered around the restaurant with platters full of La Tasca’s favourite dishes. I was not disappointed.

I forget the names of most of the delights-on-a-plate we were offered, but the meatballs were a definite hit! The Paella was DELICIOUS and the company was great too. What more could a girl ask for?

Well she could also ask for:

1. Fantastic waiting staff who are friendly, knowledgeable about their job and happy to help?

2. Helpful, friendly, welcoming manager who is passionate about his restaurant?

3. Brilliant entertainment, not too loud, not too quiet and fitting perfectly into the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant?

So would I go back to La Tasca Trafford Centre?

I’ve already booked my table
